Caite and I made some Raspberry Jam!! It turned out wonderful! Caite squished the raspberries, I did all the measuring and Caite did the stirring. We tried 2 different recipe's and they both turned out OK. We already have 1 jar finished-after a loaf of bread today! The kids absolutely loved it on their toast this morning and also with peanut butter later this afternoon.

Guess you could say we are pretty proud of our jam. This was the first time that I made jam without my mom around. I used to help her out when she made chokecherry jelly when I was younger, putting the paraffin in the jars, also.The raspberry jam was a hit at the breakfast table this morning!
